Golf Cart Rules & Liability Waiver
The golf cart may be offered as an optional add-on amenity. Use is voluntary and at the Guest’s own risk.
These rules apply to all drivers and passengers in the Guest’s party.
Assumption of Risk: Operating or riding in a golf cart can result in injury, collision, falls, or property damage.
By choosing to use the golf cart, Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks.
Driver Requirements
- Only licensed, sober adults may operate the golf cart.
- No operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Drive slowly and safely at all times.
Operating Rules
- Neighborhood use only. Follow any local rules and signage.
- No off-road use unless explicitly permitted.
- Keep all passengers seated. No standing or riding on the sides.
- Supervise children. Children must be properly seated and restrained if applicable.
Damage, Loss, and Responsibility
- Guest is responsible for damage to the cart and for any loss/damage while in Guest’s care.
- Guest is responsible for tickets, citations, towing, or recovery costs resulting from use or misuse.
Release / Waiver / Indemnification
- Guest agrees to release and hold harmless Mars Vacation Properties from claims arising from golf cart use to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Guest agrees to indemnify and defend Mars Vacation Properties against claims, damages, or expenses arising from Guest/party use of the golf cart.
