House Rules
We want you to have an awesome stay. These rules help protect guests, neighbors, and the property.
By booking and/or occupying the home, you agree to follow these rules.
Quick reminder: The booking guest is responsible for the actions of all occupants and visitors.
Respect the Home & Neighborhood
- No parties or events.
- Keep noise reasonable, especially during evening hours.
- Follow all posted neighborhood and lake rules.
Smoking & Substances
- No smoking indoors. If smoking is permitted outside, dispose of all waste properly.
- No illegal substances on the property.
Water, Dock, and Outdoor Safety
- Supervise children around the lake, dock, and firepit.
- No diving from the dock. Use caution on wet surfaces.
- Use of outdoor areas is at Guest’s own risk.
Firepit / Grill
- Never leave a fire unattended.
- Follow any burn bans or local restrictions.
- Fully extinguish fires after use.
Occupancy & Visitors
- Do not exceed maximum occupancy.
- Visitors must be approved if your reservation requires it.
Damages & Issues
- Report damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Do not move large furniture or tamper with equipment.
Checkout Basics
- Follow checkout instructions provided in your booking confirmation / house manual.
- Leave the property in good condition (trash, dishes, etc. as requested).
