Security & Login: phone numbers used for receiving one-time codes, basic device info, and IP addresses used for security auditing.

Send booking confirmations, changes, and key pre-arrival details.
Provide secure access to the admin console using 2FA SMS codes.

4. SMS & 2FA Messages

When you create an account, log in to the admin console, or provide a mobile number during booking, you agree that we may send you text messages such as:

One-time passcodes to verify your identity (2FA).
Important account or security alerts.
Time-sensitive booking and property access information.

Message and data rates may apply. To stop non-security messages, you may reply STOP at any time. Because 2FA and security alerts help protect your account, some security-related messages may not be fully opt-out-eligible.
