1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making a booking, or using the admin console, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligible Users

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in order to book a rental or create an account.

3. Use of the Website & Admin Console

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to attempt to access systems or data that you are not authorized to use.

4. Bookings & Rental Agreement

Each confirmed reservation is subject to the specific rental rules for that property, including check-in/check-out times, maximum occupancy, and house rules. A separate rental agreement may apply and may be delivered digitally through our booking flow.

Failure to comply with the rental agreement, house rules, or applicable laws may result in immediate termination of your stay and forfeiture of fees.

5. Pricing, Payments & Refunds

• All prices, fees, taxes, and charges are shown at checkout prior to payment.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe on our behalf.
• Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation policy shown during booking and/or in your rental agreement.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your ability to book with us in the future.

6. SMS Notifications & 2FA

When you provide a mobile phone number, you authorize us to send you text messages related to:

• Login and verification codes (2FA) for secure access to the admin console.
• Reservation confirmations, changes, and key arrival instructions.
• Time-sensitive account or security notifications.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-security notifications by replying STOP at any time. Some essential security messages may be required to protect your account and cannot always be disabled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by Mars Vacation Properties or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of our systems.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise access source code.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without express permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mars Vacation Properties and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mars Vacation Properties from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site, your stay at one of our properties, or your violation of these Terms.
